1. Fees for library services – must be paid into the University’s account:

Issuing a library card	10 zł
Issuing a duplicate of a library card	10 zł
Activation / Updating the library account	10 zł
Lending a book from abroad	according to the lending library account
Supplying a copy of a journal article	according to the library’s account making copies

2. Fees for non-compliance with the rules of the UTP Library and Information System – should be paid into the University’s account: 31 1240 2092 9128 8600 0410 0000

Form of violation of the regulations	Price
Loss or destruction of library materials	according to current prices, however not less than PLN 40
Loss or destruction of extremely valuable or difficult to obtain materials	reproduction costs according to current market prices
Damage to the book	binding costs according to current market prices
Damage to the journal	binding costs according to current market prices
Overdue books	PLN 0,30 – daily fine per Item (1 day of overdue of 1 book)
