Terms of licensed e-resources use:
- licensed e-resources can be used only by entitled users: UTP students, UTP employees, UTP doctoral students, UTP postgraduate students, licensed e-resources are available from all computers registered in the UTP computer network
- access to licensed e-resources from personal computers is available only to students, doctoral students and employees of the UTP, who possess a valid library account in the library system
- users of electronic resources are obliged to comply with the rules set out in the license granted to UTP
- electronic resources, for which the BG UTP has purchased or obtained a licenses from owners or suppliers, are made available according to license agreements
- copying, sharing the access (payable and free of charge) in any form, reproduction, copying, sending, deleting, modifying content and taking other actions that may infringe the copyright of the licensor are prohibited
- in case of a breach of the terms of the license, the entire liability for this infringement, in particular liability for damages against the license provider, shall be borne by the user
- remote access to licensed resources outside the network is possible only for students and UTP employees who have the active account in the library system.
